On Wednesday 6th September Martin Crane EngTech AIoL and Damon Price Engtech MIGEM are joining forces with industry colleagues from Rapid Energy Ltd, Payne’s Heating & Plumbing Services Ltd., The Hyde Group and Vaillant UK to take part in an unsupported cycle ride covering 150 plus miles around Kent.

The team will be setting off from Ashford tomorrow to tackle the long loop taking in off road sections and tackling the White Cliffs, and it is expected to be very very hot. They will be carrying everything they need including food, water and clothes etc.

The ride will be entirely funded by the team so every penny raised will go to charity. For the inaugural event they have chosen the amazing Wolo Foundation to be the sole beneficiary this year. Wolo Foundation have been doing incredible work to support families across Sussex affected by cancer. Wolo stands for ‘We only live once’ which is a fitting tag line for the ride.
